INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup ice cubes
3/4 cup unsweetend almond milk
1 large banana
2 scoops of your favorite protein vanilla protein powder (I use Vanilla Shakeology)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of your ingredients to a blender. Mix until combined & serve.
